All of our massages sessions are tailored to the needs and wants of our clients... I do not charge up due to modality preference.

Swedish/ Relaxation

Includes strokes such as gliding, kneading, tapping, and some stretching. Pressure is usually soft to medium with a consistent flow. Increases circulation and lymphatic flow and overall relaxes muscles.

Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release

Involves firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. I am a big believer that deep tissue does not have cause excruciating pain, therefore working with the clients breath and a pain scale.

Aromatouch Therapy

Its a 25 minute technique applying 8 doTERRA essential oils along the back and feet to help stimulate and balance sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems of the body.
